Research Interests
A lifespan developmental psychologist by training, I aim to identify various biological, psychological, and social resources that help individuals thrive across adulthood. I am most interested in characterizing the ways in which modifiable, real-time experiences like stress, coping, and emotion regulation relate to long-term trajectories of cognitive ability, psychological well-being, and physical functioning.
