Research Interests

A lifespan developmental psychologist by training, I aim to identify various biological, psychological, and social resources that help individuals thrive across adulthood. I am most interested in characterizing the ways in which modifiable, real-time experiences like stress, coping, and emotion regulation relate to long-term trajectories of cognitive ability, psychological well-being, and physical functioning.

Biographical Sketch

I earned my M.A. (’18) and Ph.D. (’21) in Developmental Psychology with an Advanced Quantitative Social Sciences Minor from the University of Notre Dame, and hold a B.A. (’16) in Psychology from Illinois Wesleyan University. My postdoctoral training emphasized teaching and research, as I completed Postdoctoral Teaching Scholar (2021-22) and Research Associate (2022-23) positions following my graduate studies at the University of Notre Dame.

I joined the Colorado State University Faculty in the Fall of 2023. Go Rams!
