Our lab studies brain activity related to sensory, motor and emotional processes in developmental disorders. We aim to improve our understanding of the human brain, in health and illness, in its full diversity of capabilities and expressions. The primary focus of the laboratory is to understand the foundations of neurodevelopmental processes in conditions such as autism spectrum disorder and childhood onset psychoses. We employ a variety of methods, including neurobehavioral, electrophysiological, and neuroimaging techniques, with the long-term goal of helping people live their best life.
